On-job training is the only way on this activity to really learn. It takes experience and involvement in the field to truly master the art of fine-dinning or great food making. We focus on slow-food concepts regarding valuing local production and fare trade together with step-by-step state of art of cuisine. Preparation, design and presentation go along with freshness, diversity and experiments. We provide on-job training to hotels and restaurants on all areas (kitchen, table service, bartender, hosting) to casual workshops that can be destined to restaurant's clients or staff.
